HCC Announces 2010-11 Concert Season

August 9, 2010 – Fort Wayne. Hear the best music in Fort Wayne at the best prices as Heartland Chamber Chorale announces a pre-season ticket sale of $15 per ticket including all concerts for the 2010-2011 season. Children ages 8 to 18 accompanied by an adult are free. Buy your tickets now as the sale ends September 30, 2010 just in time for the opening concert of the 14th Season!

Heartland Sings: American Music. Saturday, October 9 at 8PM in the Lincoln Auditorium, Fort Wayne Museum of Art and Sunday, October 10 at 4PM at Plymouth Congregational Church. This concert features the music of Robert Hobby, an international composer who lives in Fort Wayne. Sponsored by the HCC Board of Directors in honor of Lynne Salomon.

Heartland Sings: Opera. Sunday, November 7, 2010 at 4PM , Plymouth Congregational Church will bring you all the favorite opera themes, arias, ensembles, and choruses. Sponsored in memory of Patricia Wilson who loved opera and wanted to share her love with the community.

Heartland Sings: Handel’s Messiah. Sunday, December 12, 2010 at 7:00PM in Auer Auditorium, IPFW Rhinehart Music Center. This special performance will include members of the chorale, the HCC Festival Chorus and members of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. Maestro Robert Nance, conducting. Heartland Sings: A Candlelight Christmas. Sunday, December 19, 2010 at 4PM in Trinity Episcopal Church. The warmth of candlelight and glowing sounds of HCC make for a wonderful holiday experience. Sponsored by Russ Eplett.
